That Pins and Needles Feeling In Your Arm

THIS EXPLAINS A LOT! I’m a side-sleeper, always have been, doesn’t matter whether I’m sleeping next to someone or not.  I can fall asleep on my back – but can’t stay asleep for very long – but invariably, I have to roll over and sleep on my side. With one arm half underneath me and under the pillow, bent at the elbow. So at least several times a week I wake up with that feeling of numbness and pins and needles in my arm. It feels like that arm I’ve been sleeping on is paralyzed.  In fact, it actually is paralyzed, basically, thanks to nerve compression…
